This garlic boasts a rich & complex flavor profile, with a hint of heat when roasted. Being a porcelain variety, it boasts a longer storage life, and found to be more disease resistant 4-6 cloves/bulb. 45 cloves/lb .
Since we are developing and ramping up production on this one, we are keeping the largest bulbs for ourselves to replant, and the majority of medium bulbs will be going into certain variety packages.
