Garlic can be purchased by the pound, by the individual bulb, or in a variety package!...and we have savory French Grey Shallots too! Our web store is now accepting pre-reservation orders for garlic from our upcoming 2025 crop that will be harvested in July, and begin shipping in early fall. If you are interested in our premium large 2"+ seed garlic, please email us to be placed on our list for seed, and we will contact you with quantities we have available as soon as we know what we have to offer this season. Orders placed now will begin shipping in mid/late-August after the garlic bulbs and shallots have finished the curing process. Orders containing small garlic, medium garlic, braids, and variety packages will ship first. Orders containing larger bulbs will ship closer to early-September, closer to planting time (unless noted when ordering).
