We received a couple small certified organic culinary bulbs of this variety as a gift in 2018. What did we do with it? We planted it in the ground and have been developing this variety.
This garlic has a strong garlic flavor, but is on the milder side for a porcelain. IT's a hardy garlic that stores well, and is great to use raw in dishes!
We are keeping the largest bulbs for ourselves to replant, and the majority of medium bulbs will be going into certain variety packages. But if you'd like to try the great flavor of Majestic in culinary sized garlic, grab some before they are gone!
