This heirloom garlic has been passed down through generations in the Polish community in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and the surrounding area., and named after Wisconsin garlic curator Chris Pehoski Although Trempealeau isn't know as a "Polish" community (Trempealeau has French and Native American Origins!) this great garlic has find it's way here!
Pehoski Purple is a marble purple stripe garlic that is versatile in the kitchen and fits well into most dishes. Roast it! Bake it! Saute it! Anyway you slice it, it will bring your gourmet dish to the next level!
