This easy to peel all-purpose garlic is especially good for roasting, sautéing, baking, & grilling. The heritage of this unique garlic can be directly traced to northern Germany, and may possibly be the most cold-hardy variety known. Averages 6 cloves per bulb, and stores very well. Price per lb.
