2020 Garlic Pricing:
For a digital copy of pricing information, email us!
We consider garlic bulbs sized 2" in diameter and larger as garlic seed (although you can surely cook with big garlic) and consider bulbs sized less than 2" in diameter as for use in the kitchen, although you can plant smaller bulbs and still get average sized bulbs at harvest.
The only difference between these three categories is the size of the bulb. If planning on using garlic in the kitchen, you may find the price of the smaller bulbs a bit more attractive.
- Large seed-stock size garlic seed is $18.00/lb. Each pound contains 6-8 garlic bulbs 2 inches in diameter or larger.
- Medium size garlic seed is $14.00/lb. Each pound contains 9-12 garlic bulbs 1.75 inches to 2 inches in diameter.
- Small culinary garlic for eating is $11.00/lb. Each pound contains 12-15 garlic bulbs 1 – 1.75 inches in diameter.
