Purple Stripe Sub Species; Our best roasting garlic! You won't believe your eyes when you see the satiny clove wrappers of Purple Glazer! A vivid, royal purple cloves make this one of the most attractive garlics.
Purple Glazer has a strong lasting flavor, but is not considered hot, and no real aftertaste. Easy to peel. Averages 10 cloves per bulb depending on bulb size. Avg. 60-65 cloves per lb. Price per lb.
